Ask & We Answer
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my electrical system can’t handle the increased demand from holiday lighting?
The commercial-grade lights we use to decorate every house are LED lights that require very little power to operate, which greatly reduces the chance of overloading your electrical system.
What happens if a bulb goes out?
Ever put holiday lighting on your tree or outside your home and it turns out that there’s one light in the string that doesn’t work? Good news—we’ll come out promptly and replace individual bulbs.
When is the best time to schedule installation of my holiday lights?
The earlier you schedule your installation, the better chance you’ll have of choosing the date that you prefer. Installations begin in early October and end in late December. We offer discounts for early-season installations.
Will I have to hire an electrician?
It would be very unusual for you to have to hire an electrician because you need more power. If your installation is large, we’ll let you know when you give you an estimate if we think it’s possible that you’ll need extra power.
What should I do if any kind of problem comes up with my lights?
Our goal is to install holiday lights correctly the first time, and our installers are well trained, so it’s unlikely you’ll have any problems. However, if a problem with your holiday display arises, we’ll send a service technician out right away to take care of it.
